Plumbing you only
have to think about once.
A family name on every van. We show you the price before the wrench comes out, send you a photo of the technician heading your way, and put a camera in the pipe instead of a shovel in your yard.
Tap any marker and we will show you what usually goes wrong there in a Tulsa home, how we diagnose it, and the flat-rate band before anyone drives out.
You approve a written flat rate on a tablet. No hourly meter running while we think.
Name, photo, license and van number by text the moment a tech is dispatched.
2 PM Tuesday or 2 AM Sunday, the price book is the same book.
Every drain and sewer call starts with a scope. You keep the video.
Shoe covers on, floor protected, work area cleaner than we found it.
Dad trained the crew. The name on the van answers the phone.
Six ideas the world's best plumbers use. Now in Tulsa.
Nothing here is a gimmick — each one is standard practice somewhere in the world, and each one removes a reason to dread calling a plumber.

Open Price Book
The flat-rate book most companies keep in the van is on this page. Build your job, see the band, and hold us to it — before you ever call.

“On My Way” Tracking
Follow your technician on a live map with a real ETA, like a food delivery. No more four-hour window, no more waiting by the window.

Smart Leak Shutoff
A valve that learns your normal water use, catches a hidden leak in minutes and closes the main by itself — the way new homes in the US and EU are being plumbed.

2 AM Triage Coach
Water is coming through the ceiling. Before the van arrives, this tells you exactly what to shut, what to move and what not to touch.

Freeze-Risk Meter
Oklahoma learned what a hard freeze costs in February 2021. Set tonight's low and see which pipe in your house is the one that splits.

No-Dig Pipe Lining
A new pipe cured inside the old one, through one access point. Perfected in Europe and Japan — your lawn, driveway and oak tree stay exactly where they are.
Every pipe in the house, one phone number.
Repair, replace, re-pipe, drains, gas, heaters and water quality — residential and light commercial across the Tulsa metro.

Camera-First Drain & Sewer Diagnosis
Nobody should pay to guess. We push a self-levelling colour camera down the line, locate the problem to the foot, and hand you the video and a marked sketch. Then you choose: clear it, jet it, line it or leave it. The scope fee comes off the repair if you go ahead the same day.
Drain cleaning & hydro-jetting
Kitchen, tub, laundry or main line. Cable for roots, high-pressure jetting for grease — then a camera pass to prove it is clear.
Water heaters & tankless
Same-day tank swaps, anode and flush service for Tulsa's hard water, and tankless installs with a recirculation loop.
Leak detection & slab leaks
Acoustic and thermal location, pressure isolation and tunnel-free repairs. We find it before we open anything.
Repipe & pressure control
Galvanised and poly-B replaced with PEX-A manifolds, plus a pressure-reducing valve so 95 psi city pressure stops killing your fixtures.
Gas lines & appliance hookups
Licensed gas work: ranges, dryers, outdoor grills, fire pits and generator lines, with a documented pressure test every time.
Fixtures, toilets & faucets
Supplied-and-fitted or your own fixture installed. Comfort-height toilets, touchless faucets, bidet seats and pot fillers.
Water quality & softeners
A hardness test at your kitchen tap, then a softener or whole-home filter sized to your household — not to a sales target.

This is our real flat-rate book, not a lead form. Pick the work, add what makes your house different, and the band updates as you go. Bring the number to the door — we honour it.

Which pipe splits tonight?
Set the forecast low and tell us where the pipe runs. The meter uses the same thinking building scientists use: pipe exposure, insulation, wind and how long the cold holds.

Tonight's checklist
A new sewer line. Your lawn untouched.
Cured-in-place pipe lining rebuilds the inside of a failed line through one access point. Standard practice in Europe and Japan for decades, and far kinder to a Tulsa yard full of oak roots and clay soil.

Finished, cleaned up, signed off.
Repairs you can see and the ones you can't — photographed on the day, before the drop cloths come up.

Tulsa talks. The scores below are the real Google figures from the Sergio & Sons listing; the quotes are placeholder copy for this demo and will be replaced by your live reviews.
“Water heater died on a Saturday night. Had a text with the technician's photo within ten minutes and a fixed price before he opened the toolbox. Paid exactly what the screen said.”
“Two other companies wanted to dig up my front yard for the sewer line. Sergio's crew ran a camera, showed me the roots on screen, then lined it from one hole by the porch. Grass never moved.”
“They found a slab leak under my laundry that two plumbers had missed, and the quote never crept up once. Shoe covers, drop cloths, and they vacuumed after. Rare these days.”
“Froze up in January and I was in a panic. The guy on the phone talked me through shutting the main before anyone even left the shop. That alone saved my floors.”
Tulsa metro, same day.
Our shop sits on East 61st Street, which puts most of the metro inside a 25-minute drive. Emergency calls are triaged by distance and severity, not by who called first.

Fill this in and it opens a ready-written text message to the shop — nothing is stored on this page. Or just call; a human answers.
Calls ring the shop, then a mobile. No phone tree, no overseas call centre taking a message.
Not four, not “sometime Tuesday”. You get a window, a tracking link and a text when the van leaves.
What you approve on the tablet is what you pay. Parts, labour, disposal and clean-up are all inside the number.
If something we touched fails inside twelve months, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Questions we get every week.
Do you really charge the same at 2 AM? +
Yes. We work from one flat-rate book, and the time on the clock does not change the page. There is no overtime multiplier, no weekend premium and no holiday surcharge. The only thing an overnight call adds is a dispatch fee on the very late window, and you see it before you agree to anything.
What does the diagnostic cost? +
A standard diagnostic visit is $89 in the metro, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair the same day. Camera scopes for drains and sewers are $149, also credited against a same-day repair. Care Club members pay no diagnostic fee at all.
How is the flat rate worked out? +
Every job in the book is priced on the parts, the time it actually takes a licensed technician, and the clean-up. Your house then adjusts it — a 1950s midtown home with galvanised pipe takes longer than a 2015 build, and a second-storey bathroom needs more protection on the way in. You see each adjustment as a line on the estimate.
Can you fix a sewer line without digging up my yard? +
Usually. If the pipe still holds its shape, we clean it, then cure a new liner inside it through a single access point — no trench across the lawn or driveway. If the line has collapsed or dropped badly, lining is not honest and we will tell you that on camera, with the footage to prove it.
Is Tulsa water hard enough to matter? +
It is hard enough to shorten the life of a water heater and to scale up tankless units, fixtures and coffee machines. We test hardness free at your kitchen tap and tell you plainly whether a softener earns its money in your house — sometimes the answer is no.
Are you licensed and insured? +
Licensed in Oklahoma, bonded and insured, and every technician in the van is background-checked and drug-tested. Licence and insurance certificates are on the quote and we are happy to hand them over before work starts.
What payment do you take? +
Card, bank transfer, cash or cheque, and financing on larger jobs such as repipes, sewer lining and tankless installations. Payment is due when the work is finished and tested with you, not before.
